My journey in weightloss, starting at 165lbs, has been long and tough, but nothing has been as tough as breaking 120. This is a community that began out of sheer frustration from not being able to break the 120 lbs plateau, which I have found that many others out there have been finding problematic as well.
Here, we can share ideas, support, motivation, recipes, workouts, and tips on how to break that plateau that is so discouraging. Understanding that the weightloss process DOES slow down is always hard to accept after losing it so quickly at first. Lets come together and BREAK that plateau together!!!
